Great deal on Bilsteins

I going to throw on a new set of shocks before towing our 5th wheel 2000 miles this summer.

I came across the HD Bilsteins at Shox.com. They have a buy 3 get one free deal going right now. With their free shipping you can have 4 Bilsteins sent to your door for $204.

Thats $100 less than Genos.

When I got shocks for mine last year I spoke to the people at bilstein. They told me that for stock applications the yellow/blue HD shocks are tuned vehicle specific, and were a better choice for a stock truck. The construction is the same between the HD and the silver ones. I wanted to make sure I could do a leveling kit later on the same shocks, so I went with the silver ones.

The buy three get one free deal also applies to your local Bilstein dealers. I too was going to do what you did. I buy plenty on-line. But I got my blue/yellow at a local 4-wheel truck parts store and pumped an extra $20 into the local economy. Bill came to $224. Got them sooner also.

Install was easy and the ride has improved nicely.
