grease front drive shaft

grease front drive shaft

ready to grease front drive shaft, last time was a little difficult to see, would it be easier to remove it? also got 5000 miles on truck, is it avisable to change factory diff fuids? thankyou

Its a pain but to grease but it would take more time to drop the drive shaft, grease it and reinstall it. Yes drop out the factory gear oil as you will find its as thin as water. Make sure the gear oil you use is rated GL-5 synthetic 75/90 gear oil.

Also fill in your sig file so we know what year truck you have and also list any mods to it as this will help everyone any time you have a question or problem.
