governer not working right
so i put 70 horse injectors a 10 plate and 3k gsk on my 95 cummins 160 horse engine and now when it first starts up it idles at around 600 rpm and then when it warms up the rpms go to around 1000 and it also has a bit of hesitation at 1500 rpms and it also will stal out it you dont give it a little gas when you start from a stop ive had a few cummins and they havent had this problem. i did not drive the truck before these mods so im not sure how it drove before and i switched it from a auto to a manual as well. thanks for any help

Your going to have to adjust the starwheel and or AFC housing position to get the low end stumble out. Both let the pump fuel more before boost comes up.
You may have to readjust the govenor spring tension nuts to get the idle stabilized.
