I have it and believe its one of the best mods I have ever done to my truck. I have the 2 micron spin on filter mounted under the intake air horn. Its plumbed in after the stock filter using Glaciers big line kit as well as their GFS 392 performance fuel system.

You cant beat the better filtration, for these trucks its a must! The only thing to watch out for is there have been some reports of the filter mount cracking.

Now this is just the mount, nothing to do with the filter or filter head. I've watched mine ever since I read about this and so far have zero issues.

If I ever do I'll simply pull it off and weld the thing back together. I might even reinforce it at that point too.

I also have the Glacier 2-micron filter and big line kit, mine is also mounted at the intake horn. As was said, this kind of filtration IS a MUST to protect your fuel system, very expensive repair costs without good filtration. I have had NO problems with the mounting bracket, easy to change the filter, just a good system overall. I would recommend it, and also would install it again.

X3 here!!! It is by far one of the best things I have done to date.

And also the added insurance of a 2 micron filter ( cant beat )

It is very simple to install, however if you have any questions send me a PM or start a new thread.

good luck

I really like the setup with the big line kit also. I modified my to fit under the bank's high ram. Tight fit with pac-brake compressor there also, however it all fits and works great

Bought my filter mount , filter, fittings and hose all at NAPA. It was about 65 bucks if I remember correctly. Do a search for 2 mic under my username. I wrote down all the part numbers and everything.
