My neighbour has a 99 Freightliner motor home, with a 5.9. engine. He is having sytems of dead pedal. Stopped dead on him twice in town. Is there an apps switch on these buses? There is nothing on the engine. 10 psi at lift pump, and all new filters installed. Unit has 100000. miles.

should be a pedal by wire on it , not sure where tho. I would think it would be in the same area as on a truck.
