Flux 4 - Smoke?!
Well we got the truck together...
Head, springs, Airdog, upgraded the top turbo to a 62, and upgraded the Flux 2's to Flux 4.
Smoke on the low end is crazy, with the smarty on SW9 (havent tried anything else) Just once the trubos spool(54 psi), smoke totally clears.
Im seeing 12,000 psi RP when truck shifts and slowly goes up to 20,000 at most.
I need more power, 11's are needed! these bigger injectors and turbo didnt improve power, at least didnt drop the 1/4 mile time. (12.7)

Winner winner chicken dinner!
If your only seeing 20K rail, thats a big part of your problem. For max power/speed people will argue all day but I want to see 24K+ when you are laying on it.
Oh and what size S400 you got?

Didtch SW9...
Try SW7, TM 1 or 2, RP 3 and Default timing.
SW9 is too much on the bottom...and really no more on top...IMHO
24k plus is the best...I agree Rye...
Max boost of 54 is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY low.
I see 82-85 on the street with 3.3's and larger twins...

I was thinking maybe boost is too low cause of the lack of RP (fuel) No smoke however. ill tune with the wastegate yet, however, boost is a bit lower at high elevation
THe s400 is the normal version. i cant remember the wheel size, anyway its not upgraded

What's your mph at the end of the quarter. EGT?
I ran an 11.22 @ 121mph at Boise, ID last weekend. My rail pressure is 25K through the lights. Boost is 75psi, 32psi out of the bottom turbo.
Smarty settings:
SW 7
Torque - 2
Timing - 3
Rail Pressure - 3
Hope this helps...

A F3 is about all you can run on most single modded pumps. The rail pressure is soo low is it dropping the quantity - and most importantly - the quality of the fuel being injected.
A stage 3 pump from Floor It will run a F4 and hold the rail pressure up. The smoke will drop too. The power will skyrocket as well.

Trash that II junk pump and shell out some more $$ for a good pump. Alot of guys have to feel bad that you got suckered into buying that worthless stage 3 three. Maybe if you ran some mild Banks turning "all hype no bite" that pump would keep up.

Yeah i forgot to mention initially, its still got the Industrial injection Dmx CP3 pump.
Everybody agrees on the low RP being the main cause for the lack of power... Thats what i thought too, but wasnt so sure.
Truck ran a 12.8 today
SW -7
RP -4
TqM -1
Timing -Default
Rail pressure 13k (when shifting) -slowly ramping to- 19k (at 3300 rpm)
Im waiting on my pump to get back from Floor It (stge3). Cant wait
On a side note, we are having some issues with it. A memeber on this board PMed and said he could hook us up with one guy (Rayan at BAM diesel)that could get our pump upgraded at Floor It in 5 days, we shipped next day air, and he was supposed to ship next day air too,... its a week already and still no pump. And Rayan never answers none of his both phones. What should we do?!
