It comes really complete. About all you will need is general tools and a drill of the right size for the mount holes in the frame. It's a matter of running the fuel line and bolting everything together. It only takes a couple of hours. When I did mine I hooked everything up, filters and all, left the feed line loose from the injector pump, dropped the hose in a pail and kicked the ign. It will purge all the air and put a gallon or two of fuel in the pail. Hook it up and I did not have to bleed the system.

$580 is that a good price I also live about 15 min from enterprize engine Im having a had time finding a site with the fass price alot of sites but no one has the price

check out idealdiesel.com looks like they have FASS for $549.99(less shipping)... I bought mine from them when they were called Western Diesel Performance... Install is quick and easy... the hardest part was removing the OEM fuel feed line... I recommend using long needle nose pliers and really study the instructions...

Keith and I put mine on out at FOrest City Diesel. The hardest part was getting the holes drilled to mount it. The rest is just running wires and hose. The instructions are pretty straight forward. The only thing I remember, I think, is they had the ports messed up in the book and the thing would not prime. Keith can tell you what that was. His number is in the banner at the top of the page when it comes up.

Word of advice, drain the original fuel supply line from the tank to the engine. We didn't do that and thought we had a fuel leak but it was only the fuel in the abandoned line coming out.

I bought the shortest stack they had and just cut it down then i had to buy a reducer i think everything together was around 70-80$. But if i had to do it over again i think i would buy the 6" stainless tip from source automotive

mitch@jc'sCTD------Im from perry county also to get you tip or stack witch is what I got under my truck go up st rt 13 to thornville go thew the light on 13 thats in frount of coops corner go about 1 mile up 13 to the next traffic light turn right then turn left beside the drive thru the next building has a heavy duty truck parts store its sort of like a napa dieselfied they have dodge grills and all kinds of 4-6 inch elbows, tips, stacks you name it. these parts arent cheep .........not including my stack I had near $100 in adapters,clamps and pipe

I called up to that place but the only thing they have is stacks.If i did what you did what is the shortest stack you know of and roughly how much did you have in the stack and all the other need supplies.The pipe i have on it right now is 3 1/2" until the bend that is over the axel then it is 3" My spare is under ther so i dont know if i could do the stack thing, but personal message me if you know where to
get a 6" outlet tip or if you have any other ideas

I got my stack off a friend (he got his up there) I got it off him for $50 then I ran 4" from my motor used an adapter from stock i I think Its 3 1/2 then i ran the pipe (had to remove the spare tire) After I had the whole pipe ran I took the stack and eyeballed where I wanted it I then cut the stack to the length I wanted . now for the angle I turnt it out the passenger side a little .....now to piece it all together I took the stack and welded a 6"to 4" adapter in to it then added a 45 degree elbow then pryed and banned and torched and welded for a little bit . Becarefull on OD and ID (out side and inside diamaters) On the elbows and adapters end result abuot $150 gone ,bloody nuckels, dirt filled eyes,no spare tire but man it sure sounds mean as H*LL. BUT this is truly not a 4" strait pipe .............Because its not ran 4" from the turbo back its just from before the condencer.Most people who talk about having a 4" strait pipe really dont.Ill post some pics in a new thred if you want to see go to 2nd gen performace ....gimmie a min I just went out and took the pics I hope this helps

What is the name of the place you got your 4"-6" adaptor. I'm kind of familiar with the area but I dont remember seeing anything like that. And all I have been able to find in Lancaster is a 4-5 and thats what I already have.

Well I think its just a napa its in thornville/thornport like I said before its been dieselfied!!! If they dont have what you need they will order it!!and theyll even hook you up with a man that fabricates any thing youll need if its to be costume talk to em'
