ez box upgrade?

ive got an ez box but its a not much of an upgrade although it is noticeable. what i am wondering is what is avail without the monitors and guages cuz i already got the truck setup with a full autometer lineup. pyro/boost/fuel press/trans temp/oil press and temp. also got 275 injectors/open pipe/airaid filter system. whats a good box to give me a little more than the edge without a lotta grief installing it. truck runs awesome now but....ya know

There are several boxes on the market but none are easier to install than the Smarty since it's plug n play

he has an 02, no turnbuckle. It has a elbow that he can change out, one came with his ez. The next box is a wire tap box, a comp, or a tst to stack with your with your ez because it just adds fuel, no timing that would be your best bet, I think. YOUR TRANNY"s not going to like you though

If you pull anything, the Comp with that setup will be a little warm in the EGT's. The EZ is perfect without getting a bigger turbo. I wish I had my EZ back just for pulling.

Just for yuks try unpluggin the Map from the block.
You'll love the seat of the pants power from the take off.
I think that the Comp would be for you. Just turn it off when towing, I tow with mine on 3x5.

I tried turning it off- EGT's were hotter than having it on 1x1.
What are you towing on 3x5? I also have a 91% TC.

Cruise on 70.
Your TC might have something to do with it.

dieselbeef, have you tried a turnbuckel or j-hook? If not I would suggest that you try one of them.

There is no doubt my TC has something to do with it. I have to go back to the EZ, or get a bigger turbo. I would like a bigger turbo, of course!
