what will exhaust do?

Hello, I was planning on getting the 4 inch system from stans to help out with the egt on my 93. So far I have the afc cone turned to its deepest setting, starwheel in 1 1/2 turns and the smoke screw in 2 turns. But I am still at 600 egt cruising at around 65 empty and around 900 loaded. This is with the full factory exhaust yet. So my ? is is there any other benefits to going with the bigger exhaust or should I just save the $500? Will it help the turbo spool faster? I havent turned in the fuel screw yet and dont really know if I will. I have to wait and see how it tows now with the new changes. Also would I notice much of a difference with the Old Smokies fuel pin in my truck without turning up the fuel screw? Thanks

You won't see much benefit from 4" exhaust unless you turn the screw.

The Old Smoky pin will gain you a solid 25 RWHP over the stock pin.
