Installed an Edge awhile back, love the power boost, and I realize it does add fuel, but I believe mine smokes too much, I'm not interested in a smoke show every time I use more than 1/4 throttle..
Anyone else experence the same?
BTW its a new Amsoil Nano Air filter.
Also how much smoke/power reduction happens when I move the jumper to the lower setting?
I plan on getting RV 275 as well
and the 4inch exhaust arrives next week!!!!

 

ultimate power should only be reduced by a few ponies according to the Edge literature... that's what the jumpers are for though, low boost smoke control.

I had an EZ and never thought the smoke was excessive, especially once I added injectors.

 

Moving the jumper changes the boost threshold for when it will allow full fueling. I ran mine on the middle setting and found that to help quite a bit for smoke in my driving. If I recall correctly it is 3psi, 10psi, 20psi.
