Edge Attitude Red Wire...?

Edge Attitude Red Wire...?
So I hooked up the Juice w/ Att and the screen doesn't turn off when the truck is shut down. I have checked and rechecked the fuse that it is to be jumped. Is the red wire suppose to have consent power?? I have hooked into fuse 26 on the firewall side, I have checked it with the test light and it has consent power.
I'm questioning this... advice?
