Dumb ?
I have a triple dog and am looking at putting a quad boost fooler on with a outlook all i have heard is that it will read wrong i dont see what the big deal is with having a boost gauge my old truck is was completely obvious when there was a boost problem (lot of smoke and no go) and theres no way a stock turbo could over boost so whats the big deal with a boost gauge not working?

The stock turbo will not like life after 40psi. With my Smarty/EZ stack I could hit 50+lbs Now I think the turbo is about to write me a suicide note pretty soon
The BF will let you run as much boost as you want depending on the amount of fuel you give it, so you need to regulate it via a correct reading gauge.

Speed thanx for the actual HELPFUL reply I didnt know about wasting a stock turbo my 99 i plugged the wastegate and ran the sh*t out of it all the time with what everyone said was way to big of injectors and a edge drag comp maybe i was just lucky cause it would hit 50 psi all the time. so i take the outlook is useless for boost readings w/ a fooler?
