crreaky driverside front wheel
crreaky driverside front wheel
my fron diverside wheel is creaking when i hit the brakes and i had it in park with the wheels slightly turned to the right and facing down hill and i heard it. it does not creak when im in reverse and hit the brakes. but it is also doesnt start right when i hit the brakes if i ease into them it takes about 20 secs. or so. it almost sounds like sheet metal but i have no idea i looked under there and didnt see anything any help would be greatful.
It's quite common for the front springs to creek on turns or bumps while turning. Try spraying some WD40 or lube spray in the upper and lower spring pockets and see if it goes away. Try to get a liberal amount between the spring and pocket.
