Can someone give me an estimate of my torque?

The guy I bought my truck from had it dynoed by Diesel Dynamics, but it does not have the torque number. It dynoed at 314.4 hp and the speed was around 78 MPH. Any guesses. Thanks

When I dyno'ed I was at 321 HP and 812 TQ. General rule of thumb is torque is about double HP. (+or-)

Without engine RPM you are going to be estimating your torque from the HP numbers you have. Peak torque does not occur at peak HP so if you could find your RPM from the HP vs speed graph, then you might be able to at least get a ball park.

HP=(tq * RPM)/5250

If you can calculate your engine RPM from the roller speed ( MPH) you might be able to get a torque number. That would be easier if you had a standard tranny and were pulling in direct (4th for 5spd 5th for 6spd). Then from the tire size and diff ratio you could approximate RPM..

Its hard to say your torque without the engine year in your sig... 700-750 ish???

Too many variables, but Lil Dog has a very good guess.
Need to know which year engine, plate, GSK, tranny, turbo, timing, etc. Some raise and some lower the torque value.

I dynoed slightly over 300 & torque of 737 with my 97 auto.
