Unhappy battery going dead

I let my 99 2500 sit for a week and the batteries went dead. Recharged them and she started right up. Now for the fun part. When I pull the negative terminals and put in an amp meter, it shows that with the doors closed it is pulling a constant .7 amps. No wonder the batteries were dead after a week. I can hear a relay tripping whenever I put the terminals back on. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this current drain?

with a load that small I'd look at the ac relay or something along those lines.
try checking fuse box and pull fuses-relays one at a time to narrow down the circuit
