Anyone??!?
Does anyone know the inside dia of the center bore of a wheel for a 01 3500? I guess you would call it the hub dia?? I'm at work and i am going to make some 1/2 spacer for my wheels but forgot to find out what it was before coming to work this morning.

I have a 98 2500, with the suplimental suspension package. I cant imagine it would be that much different. I just put "new" rims on my truck and the center hole that goes over the hub is 5.25" if i remember corectly(i had to measure for new center caps cause the old ones were 5.5" and were too big for the new rims), I am 98% sure on the size. When i get a minute i'll run out and check mine, I'll repost if i am wrong. The 5.25" fits fairly tightly.

with my old rims a had spacers, they were 1/4" at most, i think it was more around 3/16" but that was just to help the 305/70R16's that came on my truck. i went to 285/75R16's and have no rubbing on anything (but it depends on the center offset of the rims). I think 1/2" may be a little big, pushing you on to the unsafer side. I'd call a tire shop and ask them.
