I have a similar issue, but I think it's just tiny pockets working themselves around once in awhile... my lights came on again for my RWAL, indicating it has air again in it as well

I hate to be a downer, but if it acts like a bad master cylinder, it is. I put 3 new ones in and had the same symptoms as you. If yours is the same as mine, you only get air out of the drivers side rear wheel when you bleed them. I am sure that the only way to get it right is to replace the booster and cylinder as a paired unit, because it comes with the rod already adjusted. They are only about 130 bucks at rock auto. The only way that the RWAL valve can let air in is to also leak fluid out.As I have said before on this forum, THESE ARE THE MOST FINICKY BRAKES EVER!!!!!!!!!!. pUMP YOUR BRAKES UP THEN CHECK TO SEE IF THE PEDAL CAN BE PUSHED FARTHER DOWN AS IF THEY ARE BLEEDING PRESSURE, IF SO bad or incorrect master cylinder, not important how new. There is a post on this forum about 2 different types of plunger in the cylinders, a shallow and a deep one, with the shallow one correct. Trust me, when these brakes are right, they are heavenly, when not, they are ghastly,,,Mark
