My airbag light came on yesterday morning . After stopping for a short while i cranked the truck and the air bag was off. This morning the air bag light was on again and has stayed on ever since.The truck is a 98 12v 4x4 5 spd. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so what was the fix.

Then he'd have dual air bags.

 

Did you use the key to turn the airbag on of off?

 

I took the fuses out and put them back in and the light went out . I guess the fuse lost the connection to make the proper connection.

 

Sounds like the power interruption reset the airbag light in the ECM
