bought the engine and the afc plate had a plug instead of a tube im wondering where the tube should go? i know the tube travels over the engine to the otherside truck doesnt have a wastegate thanks

 

The line that crosses the engine is for the wastegate on the turbo. Its not needed on non-w/g turbos, or on turbos that have a line from the compressor housing, like the 98.5+ have.

There should be a boost signal line from the head to the AFC, about 8" long or so.
