24v wont start

I have a 2001 3500 cummins. I was driving it the other day and it just cut out while I was driving it. I figured out it was a loose wiring harness, that controlled all the gauges and my aftermarket lift pump. Once I got the wiring harness tight again everything worked including the lift pump. It still wouldnt start so I tried bleeding out the system starting with the filter, than to the injection pump, and the #1,3,4 injectors. There was fuel coming out of the injectors, but it only dripped out it didnt spray. I still couldnt start the truck not even a bump from the motor, all it did was crank. So I busted out the wd40 to see if I could work it through. I sprayed the turbo while I cranked the motor. (nothing). So I took the intercooler pipe off of the engine Air manifold and sprayed it directly into the air intake manifold hoping by avoiding the intercooler I would get better results. Nothing again. Could there be something else that I am missing. Please help?

sounds to me like the injection pump might have sh&t the bed. I'm not an expert on the 24 valves but i've lots of injection pump problems and if the lift pump got slow then it could of fried the inlection pump.

That's exactly the way a buddy of mine lost his VP-44.
