I guess it depends on the size of the tires. I went from 265-70-17 to 285-70-17 & the speedo is dead on with GPS at any MPH.. I can't tell if shift points are any different

If you buy a used early Smarty Jr that was not equpit with Revo-Pod, catcher, or any of the new features, are they updated able simply by the software from the MADS sight or do you have to make sure you get a newer model jr for these features?

NO any JR is capable of POD it just needs updating. The SR is the one that has to be specifically capable of the POD software.

I am about to update my Smarty JR from
Ver 5.03D D:2.11B

to the newest software available 5.11B, Data: RJ16A

What if I don't like it, can I go back? The website only has the newest software version, will I be stuck with it?

I'm sorry to say yes, you will not be able to go back to 5.03 but I wouldn't want to go back to preREVO anyway
