fender flares

I want to get some fender flares and I really like the Power wagon style from Mopar, but they are expensive.

I want a decent looking flare without alot of flare "sticking out". The main reason I want flares is because I am getting the dreaded rear wheel well paint bubbles and everytime a fix 1 bubble, 3 more pop up. I want to do a decent repair on the wheel well and then hide the area with the flares, because Im no body man and Im sure the repair wont be too pretty.

Does anybody have any of the Ebay style fender flares that dont stick out that far and that they are happy with?

They may be too wide for ya, but I run bushwacker pocket flares on mine. They cover the 35in tires well

2nd on the Bushwhackers.

I have a set on my wife's '06 and love them, especially in the winter.

Yeah, I like the look of the pocket flares, but I am only running 285's and I'm afraid it wont look right with those big flares.

I think I might try those El Cheapos off Ebay..$130 for a set of 4...

Running 285's on the wife's truck, and they don't look odd at all:

Have you seen the smittybilt M1 flares? They don't look like they stick out as far as the bushwacker pocket flares. Smittybilt says they add 1" tire coverage and are 4.5" tall. The bushwacker pocket flares are listed at 2.5" tire coverage and 4" height. I am in the same boat with the rear wheelwell rot.
