Theft proof my 12 valve?

Recently I just bought my first 12 valve dually. I love this truck! I’m still in the “ go out in the driveway just to start it and listen to that sweet engine and look at it one more time“ stage of the relationship and I was starting to think. It would be pretty easy to steal an old 12 valve.

Do you guys have any tips to prevent someone from stealing a 2nd gen 12 valve? Any tips or tricks to make it impossible to start or run off with?

Starter and/or FSS wired to a hidden switch would work pretty good. Also, a battery isolation switch would work.

On the lines of Mikey's suggestion: an alarm system with a starter-interrupt. The flashing warning light of the alarm system at least suggests that your truck is a harder target and might divert the low-life.

Some people replace the FSS with a pull-cable.
