Talking *****update*****

OK ya'll ready for this! OFFICIALLY CLEAR!!!!!! N.E.D. (No Evidence of Disease)
The final Radiologist report say's so and THATS the one i wanted to see! She will still have to endure painful treatments for up to 2 years but after next month they will be spaced out to every 6-8 weeks instead of every 4. We are very happy but as i mentioned in my erlier post the relapse rate is around 50% so we are cautiously optimistic. Neuroblastoma has no known cure so N.E.D. is as close as we can get to remission and we'll take it! Hope for the best! We have been in NYC for 2 weeks wk#1 Antibody Treatments & Scans and wk#2 for Stem Cell harvest, we didn't get as many stem cells as we would have liked but we got at least enough for 1 more stem cell rescue, if she were ever to relapse and need more chemo or some of the other harsh treatments that she had to get the first go round these Stem Cells could be the difference between life and death/Treatment no Treatment so they are worth more than all the gold in the world to us, hopefully we will never need them.

Thanks Again to everyone who kept my Morgan in their hearts and prayers,
we will enjoy this moment and hope she never has to go through this again.

Hey Bud,

This is the absolutely most fantastic awesome news we have been praying for and we are so happy for you and your family.

Morgan has had to go through more in her short life than most people will ever go through it their entire lifetime, she has endured pain most people will never experience or should ever have to, your family has experienced the worst nightmare of having a critically sick child and watching helplessly as doctors try to find a cure.

I know only too well how a sick child can take its toll on the entire family and your sanity putting the life as you knew it on hold while living on cafeteria food, sleeping on chairs with one eye open and doing things you never imagined yourself doing to stay by her side, been there done that.

Although Morgan is getting the best care from the best doctors and the best hospital in the world it is a miracle, it is a miracle that the doctors listened and diagnosed her when they did and didn’t ignore it, too many things could have gone wrong but they didn’t, I still remember how sick she was from all of the chemo and now she has it beat that is a real miracle, and she is my HERO.

I have quite a few friends and some who work for City Of Hope and CHLA and I told them about Morgan beating NB and the first thing they said it was a miracle.

Are they going to try again for more stem cells and how long can they keep them, and how is her hearing, was it the chemo of the 3f8?

Almost everywhere I go someone will ask what a sparklyflower is on the bracelet and I always take the time to tell them and let them know about www.sparklyflower.com

Thanks to you whenever I go to McDonalds I always give at least a dollar to RMH because now I know how much they have helped your family in time of need, before I knew someone who stayed there it was just a box with pictures on the counter that I always looked at, and now tell them that I have a friend who is staying there.

I cannot tell you enough how happy we are for you guys and hope you can now try and get your lives back together even if it is just a little at a time.

Prayers sent from rainy Southern California.
Jim

Who ever thought you would see this on a diesel website.

Hey buddy,
Happy Birthday

We want to wish you a Happy Birthday from your good friends in Southern California.

And may all of your birthday wishes come true.

(I have a really good feeling that they already have.)

Have a good one bud.

Thanks!

Thank you for the birthday wishes Jim. I'm working today but glad to get the OT (I just paid $2,000 for plane tickets) you know what they say "the best place to go when your broke is to WORK" Morgan got her hearing aids this week and is adjusting well she's surprised at all the things she can hear now that she couldn't before. We are flying back to NY tomorrow morning for another week of treatment. I hope all of my DTR family has a great weekend and a safe week at work.
