Just an FYI for anyone in Berkeley County or those who travel thru it....
The Sherriff of Berkeley County, WV has been cracking down on any and all diesel pick ups that produce ANY black smoke! There is no warning you will get a summons for RECKLESS DRIVING! That is 5 POINTS and a few hundred dollars!!!
This is not a joke or a scare, just an FYI.
