just doing a little reading on this thread and a few others, and wanted to get a poll on when did your pump fail?

203,000 and no failure. Thinking I should just go ahead and do it as preventive maintenance along with the tensioner.

150k ish mine failed. Was getting ready to do flush over the winter and it failed a month before I planned to do it. My book recommended 150k miles on the flush.

At 51k, mine didn't actually fail it just started bleeding past the seal. It still pumped water fine.

when i bought mine it had 133000, i noticed a little seapage around the pump and made them replace it.
