I'll be there Saturday for sure. Just got back today and am working on foundation repair.

 

I'll be there Friday night, but will probably head home on Saturday night. I've got plans Sunday morning at 9:30am and don't foresee myself up early enough in Alvarado to make it home in time.

 

No idea what I have planned... Will be there all day sat for sure... Dont know about staying Friday or Sat evenings.. Will prolly play be ear....

 

another question...

when i do the water pump, going to need more coolant and such. what coolant do i need to get?

my coolant now is pink/brown/rusty lookin. (assuming i cant put the green stuff in)?

assuming thats where the leak is seems to be an easy enough fix. i miss having a place to tinker on things. i dont fancy laying on gravel (if i cant get it from topside) will have to sacrifice some of my moving boxes to lay on.

 

Get the pink coolant for your truck.

I just found out that I'm getting sent to san angelo for work so I don't know if I'll make it back in time or not. I hope so.

 

You need Zerez G-05 and Distilled water.......to mix 50/50.

See that is what I go back and forth on. I can go to all the hassle to get the RV out of storage Friday and load up for the trip...burning fuel etc......and tow it down. And then spend Sunday bringing it back home, flush the sewer tanks, and put it back up. And my entire 3 day weekend will be spent loading, going to, at Alvarado, and coming home and unloading.


ORRRRR.........do like you are mentioning and just make a day of it on Saturday.

My point is........with the exception of Rowland (who doesn't really want to stay in the camper anyway).......most guys are "playing it by ear". If there is no real committment to me bringing the RV down......im debating if it's worth the hassle and work and fuel to spend 2 days looking at a parking lot. IM not dynoing either way.......as there have been no changes on my truck since July 19th.



What gives? Do yall want the RV or not. If not.....im coming truck only, Saturday only and stay till the wee hours and go home.

If it's there I'll use it, but if I'm the only occupant other than you, I'll figure something else out.

 

If I come it'll be saturday only. Something tells me I won't be out of work until 5 or so friday and I ain't driving all the way to austin and then back up to alvarado friday night. Way to much driving for me.

If the OK boys bother to go to sleep at all, im sure they won't notice where they "crash".

Im gonna pass on bringing the RV due to any real lack of interest. I'll see yall on Saturday (truck only) as early as I can get there until as late as the majority of the group stays....then head back home.

RJ...I will still bring a table and grill, if needed. And whatever else. Just let me know.
