Moving to DFW

Just was told that my future residence will need to be in the DFW area somewhere. Our office will be located in the area of 30 and 360 near Grand Prairie. The reason for the post is to help get any info that you native DFW folks and surrounding areas can help provide about where a nice place to live will be for appx. 3 years or more. Please provide info on any areas that you feel are great places to live and also of course the places to avoid. Thanks in advance!!

If I remember correctly, most of the nice housing in that area is north of I30.

When you get up here, you'll have to join us for a meet.
