Howdy all!! Just wonder'n how I join my fellow Texan neighbors at the TXDTR #8? I live in Rowlett, TX. I've noticed a few guys wanting to play lately

You are welcome to come participate any time RC!!! Just look in the DTR #8 area....and jump in on our current thread....whatever that may be. Right now we are on the June thread....which we never ended and started a new one on. We usually have a get together once every month or two. Often they coincide with an ODRA (outlaw diesel racing association) event...sledpulling, drag racing, or dyno day.
The last event was in June....a Dyno Day at Bully Dog in Denton. They have a sled pull coming up but it is way down in south texas so I don't know if many of us will make that one.
Anyway...just jump in on our thread!! I see you on the board all the time. Hope to meet up with you soon!

IM also curious about your turbo. How you like it etc. I am going to do something eventually....just not sure when or what. Considering small set of twins....but may settle for a HTT like yours.

I like it except that it seems to spool kinda slow. Wish I had the money to do twins. Oh well, when it kicks in it's a blast!

Ya that is a nice truck! I am doing that same turbo but I have a manual so I shouldnt have any slow spool problems, I know on September 19, there is supose to be some drag racing in Tulsa Ok but that is prolly a ways for you, I will be coming back from PA at the time so it wont be outa my way
