Awesome! I'm totally there. I'm almost tempted to race, but but I've 1) never drag raced, 2) the ol' NV5600 don't shift too fast.

Anyways, I'll at least watch. What time does the normal crowd roll in? I have to make it from Beaumont. Oh and does $20 get one run? Unlimited runs? Thanks!

 

You should race...we have enough watchers!!!! lol Besides...i was told you have to learn someday and laast time we went out there was my first time...I screwed up in a bad way...but it wont keep me from doin it again! Anyways $20 you cen race till midnight as many times you want. Our crowd starts rollin in anywhere from about 6 to 7:30...just look for the diesels!!!

 

I'm in the same boat, never raced, but if I can get the rest of my gauges before the 1st I'll be tempted to make a couple of passes and see what my ECM tuning has done to my otherwise stock '01 HO.

This event still on? I will be rollin' into Houston on 7/28 for about 3 months and need some stuff to do. Might not have my truck with me though I will come out and spectate though.

Good grief I need to check my chapter section more often. I'm even further away than usual. (just another 220 miles).

 

If anyone is interested we have a 10.5 and index race in Angleton on the 16th. I will be running the 6.20 class with my Mustang.
