I’m going by on Thursday and see about leasing onto a hotshot company.
Have talked over the phone and he knows that I’m only looking at part time.

We talked some about “trip leasing”. If I understand it correctly this is when he leases my truck and trailer or just my truck for one trip at a time. I will run under his DOT # and insurance for the duration or until I am no longer under dispatch.
I would like some of ya’ll that are up to date on this sort of thing to tell me the pros and cons of the above.

Sooner or later I’m going to come up with a way to make this truck start making payments on its self.
