Curious...is there any place that rents cargo trailers for furniture hauling?(N.Y.) I've rented a small double axle trailer from U-haul in the past. It was about 10'. I was looking for something larger. There are reasons why I don't just rent the box truck.

If your doing the moving one way, I dont think there is any other dealer other than Uhaul.
Even some of the other rental outfits here dont have anything bigger than a 6X 12
I rented a 6X12 when I moved my sister from Co. last year and that was the biggest they had.

 

I know there are places around here that rent larger, but its only local. The heavy equipment rental places have larger as well as a couple of the new trailer dealers, but as far as one way, your best bet may be to buy a used trailer, then sell it when you are done with it.
