Trailer Charging Wire

My buddy just bought a 08 mega cab 2500. He wants to charge his enclosed trailer battery while he hauls it to the dunes. There is no power to the 12+ pin on the 7 pin.... I know on my Duramax there is a fuse that Chevy sends empty.... is the dodge the same way? He does not have a owners manual, so if so, can someone show me where this fuse is? Thanks

Miine came in with the fuse installed, but maybe not all. Make sure he was checking the right pin and had a good ground. And, possibly the person that owned the truck before him installed a relay that is key operated - - no power on that line if the switch is off.
