hi guys,just finished installing my 5er hitch in my shortbox dodge,did it to manufactures specs as per distance from rear of rail to end of bed.hooked up 5er and she seems real close to the trucks rear bumper,whats theminimum this shuold be?seems like if i turn sharp it will hit the bumper.hitch looks directly on top of axle like its suposed to.it is a dsp slider 12k hitch.and a 21ft older mid 80s vangaurd 5er.any ideas?????????

 

is your pin box under the trailer or is it an extended pin box,- king pin out in front-, you might need the extended box.
