If you are planning on buying a new unit, you have the advantage of haggeling over the purchase price. You should be able to buy a new unit at a 25-30% discount less than the factory retail. Also, in determinding what size to buy, there two things to consider: First findout what the tongue is and determind if your TV can carry the load. Second never buy a unit that exceeds your TV's gross weight, regardless of the trailer length. Also, something that I take into consideration is the trailers wind resistance. A good strong headwind will kill your power and fuel mileage. And RV's are designed to have a top speed of 65MPH.

Sunnybrook and Lawton are generally high quality trailers that hold up over the long run. You will find that many trailers are built cheaply once you take a close look.

You may want to check out the Titanium trailers by Glendale. They have a cab-over design for their fifth wheels which may be of interest.

Other Canadian builders are Triple E, Travelaire and Okanagan fyi.

All of the above are quality builders and may have insulated undercarriages and holding tanks as standard equipment.
