question regarding lp tank on motorhome

question regarding lp tank on motorhome
i have a 1986 motor home and have not yet filled the LP tank. the guage reads full but im not sure it works correct. the tank says fill untill liquid appears. that is the 80% relief valve correct? now my question is it reads if in dought check manual bleed valve. am i checking for a liquid gas or a vapor gas when doing so? or both and if liquid comes out its over full?

Okay I think I know what you are asking...
First off, is the valve handle triangle shaped? If it is then it has the 80% Shut Off valve (OPD) in it. You open the valve, start filling and then the bleeder screw on the left.. when the Vapor comes out you close the screw and close the valve and it is at capacity. This is on the 30lb ones.
