Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
It actually pulled it very well. That coach has a 10,000-lb GVWR, and the door sticker inside say 7468-lbs UVW. I figure it weights 8500-lb on the typically trip and the Titan moved it very well. The problem with the Titan was its short wheelbase and soft 1/2-ton suspension. That much weight behind that truck really pushed us around. Otherwise it was a great truck and I really liked mine.

sounds exactly like my half ton GMC with a camper on it and my boat, gas mileage was horrendous, but with air bags it did pretty well. surprised me. wasn't the safest for stopping!

I hear that regarding gas mileage. I got 8-9 mpg on mostly flat terrain.

I had Timbrens on the Titan and they help also, but it still got squirrelly in the wind and when large rigs passed at high speeds.

At IRP 2005 while hauling the Floor IT Diesel pulling truck we were hit broadside by a guy who ran a red light. Took out my truck and bent up the trailer.

What size is the deck on your trailer? Looks to be about 35ish?
