sebo, it is legal most places. IN WI you can get a 'recreational doubles' permit, lets you do just that. not sure how it carries over for other states...

thanks, i ve seen that setup around here too, what i meant is can you install the hitch on pretty much any trailer or is just specific ones like the one in the picture 5th wheel

most states only let you do it on a fiver.
