Pickup bed trailer - what brand?

Recently bought a pickup bed trailer. Looks like from the 50's or so. I'm curious what brand truck it might be from? It's described in my family blog here:

Thanks,

it doe's look like a GM, what kind of rear is it? if it is the stock rear and a EATON then most likley it's a GM

It looks much like a chevy box, possibly 58/59, possibly a little later. The fenders have been cut pretty bad, and I know for sure that pre-55 did not have the body line near the top of the fender.
The chevy stepside boxes were pretty much the same design from 47-72, with minor fender changes.

I would lean heavily towards 48 ish Ford. Looks like the bottom rear of the fender has been cut off.

Here is a pic of a stocker......

Homestead, I think that's it. See the "line" across the fender in this pic (accessed from the site you sent):

That's on my pickup bed also. The back rear of the fender is cut in both height and contour. The front of the fender is cut in height.
I checked the diff bolt circle. It's about 9". I don't know if it's the original though.
Thanks for the ID, Homestead.
