No. You will only have the GVW of the truck (on the truck), and the GVW of the trailer (on the trailer). The DOT just looks at them (and at axles, tires, etc) and adds them up to come up with GCVWR. Truck manufacturers may advise a "maximum towing capacity" or a "GCVWR", but those are normally in the manual, and are to advise you concerning safety and warranty issues. If you operate outside the scope of those, and something happens, the liability is on YOU.
