new tires

Hey guys I am looking to get a set of tires for my 99 f250. Prolly going to go with the 285/75/16. I dont really care about name brands and all. I will drive mostly on the road with a rare occasion going on the sand by the river and only in the mud if i have to so at's or highway tread tires would be fine. I am trying to find out what you guys are running and how many miles you are getting out of your tires. I thought about going with Michelin LTX M/S or may the nitto dura grapplers. However i am very open to opinions and suggestions. I have priced the Michelins at 900 mounted and balanced at my local tire shop dont know about the dura grapplers yet. Thanks for any and all advice.

I'v been using Micheling LTX M/S for years, on a couple of trucks. best all around tire I've ever used. I won't install anything else. But, I also live in snow country. It doesn't snow often, but when it does, I have to get to work.
