My Trip to Alabama
My Trip to Alabama
Well, everything went pretty good. Hit some kind of busted up wood as I went through Louisville, Ky. and ended the life of one tire, but besides that, everything went well.
Just to let you know, before I got into the BIG HILLS on south, I got 15.3 mpg, and when in the hills, it dropped to 13.1. Still, I didn't think that was too bad. I ran right around 63 - 65 mph. The camper is 29.5 feet long and a high profile. I'm guessing the weight at about 11000 lbs. :- fully loaded. I am very proud of my rig, I knew I was before the trip, BUT, after I had the chance to figure the mileage and really put it to the test, I had no idea. Love It!! ;D ;D ;D
Well, will get off here for now and talk later.

Nope! Besides, I don't know about bombing. I'm too old for all that. I just enjoy my cummins just the way she is. ;D ;D ;D
