LCD Install

Spent a little quality time with the 5'er on the weekend. Here's the results:http://s286.photobucket.com/albums/l...een%20install/

Let me know what you think.

Edit: Can't remember how to make the clicky "elegant"

I installed my LCD last year and thought about hinging the TV to swing open. Instead I closed off the area behind and cut a 27 inch square hatch door on the outside to give access to the storage. Nice job though and I'm sure you'll enjoy the widescreen.

I have to do a similar project in real near future. Looks like you did a real good job with the enclosure. I was about to put the Direct TV HD dish on the fiver but had to spent that money on the trucks tranny. I think I'll be able to get a 32" tv in my cabinet without pulling everything apart. I'll need to modify the slide tray to accept the flat screen for mounting. Like you, I could get a much bigger flat screen in there if I invaded the cabinet space to the left of the TV.

I've considered that. The storage is nice.
