Redneck way.... run a bungee cord between teh superstructure beams and drape teh cord over that.. keeps it up out of the way, but IF it hangs up, itll "stretch"......also a good place to keep cord up out of the way when hooking up and in storage...

 

The redneck way has worked for me many times! Thanks for the idea. Any opinions on my previously described gooseneck install? I want to make sure I did it right.
