Hitch selection help

I am in the process of upgrading the receiver hitch on my truck. My maximum trailer weight should be less than 12,000lbs. I got it narrowed down to the putnam XDR and the drawtite ULTRA. There probably are some other great hitches for less than $300.00, if so chime in and tell me about it.

PUTNAM XDR***** DRAWTITE ULTRA
15,000 WC ****** 12,000 1,200 WC
16,000 WD ****** 14,000 1,400 WD
$175.00 SHIPPING INCLUDED**** $226.00 SHIPPING INCLUDED

Aside from the $51.00 price difference, and higher weight ratings I dont know much else about these receiver hitches. Any input would be greately appreciated..

I went with the XDR as I wanted all the capacity I could get. Easy install in less than an hour. With every truck I have owned before I was never set up correctly.

I have even pulled a 40 foot moble home with a 1/2 ton and a bumper mounted ball. Had a 360 and three on the tree.

I went with the Super Hitch because it has the highest rating (17,000 by itself) and has two receiver slots so I can raise and lower 4" as situations dictate.
