Gooseneck extensions hard on frame?
Hey Guys, Im looking at some extensions for my gooseneck. its already has a v nose but it gets close on my mega cab.
Ill pry be buying a new gooseneck hitch as mine is a valley brand. they seem to have more less gone out of business. however it seems any way you extend the hitch it would put added stress somewhere.
if you extend your ball. seems it will add twist to the hitch causing either hitch or frame damage? If i extend the tube on the gooseneck. it seems that it will cause stress in every direction. lateral, horizontal, and torsional.
Anyone have any recommendations?

If you have hitch rails already in your truck then you can get the Anderson hitch https://www.andersenhitches.com/Prod...k-version.aspx They make one that fits into the GN truck bed hole and one that sits four inches lower too. Might be what you're after.
