Finaly got my toyhauler. Thanks for all your help
Well 3 weeks ago I finaly got my toyhauler and a good deal on it thanks to all your guys gals help and suggestions. I ended up with a forest river Stealth FS2612 end to end its 30 feet 11 inches total GVWR is 11500 and 7K unloaded.
Took it out on it maiden voyage this weekend to arizona little south of havasu and it was insanely hot and humid truck pulled the trailer great but I think 4:10 would be ideal seems if im in the hills i have to turn the OD off or she will bog down at around 1500 and EGT's climp in 1300 range 200rpms would help alot in the slow mountain roads. The only prob I have had is gettin all the bugs out of the trailer 4 hours after we set up the A/C took a crap and it was over 100 degrees in the trailer most of the day and into the night till about 2am or so
but little things will pop up they dont make these things bullet proof.
