Carriage Carri-Lite Question
Just wondering what you all thought of this brand of 5th wheel camper. I recently purchased a used 32' fifth wheel camper and it is a carri-lite. I dont know a lot about 5th wheels yet, but this camper seemed to me to be very well built, more so than a lot of the other manufacturers. I went over everything inside and out and I couldn't find anything wrong, I am hoping I made a good decision on this brand camper. One thing I like is the fact that it is aluminum structured thru out the walls and ceiling. Just wondered what you alls opinions were on this.
thanks

You bought a good one, I have a bud who goes to Alaska every summer to hunt elk horns and fish, he has a carri lite that has made the trip some 19 times and he still uses it to work out of town in. I am so impressed with them that I keep an eye out for them. Goodluck,,Rick

Carriage makes good stuff, and the CarriLite is a fine unit. You will love it. What year is it?
We just finished a 15,800 mile trip to Alaska in ours. We went 11,000 last year into Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, etc. Very good trailer.

The one I just purchased is a used one, it is a 1997 model 531 rear living unit. The book on it was around 17k and the couple I bought it from sold it for 11k. I cant believe how good of shape it is in. It looks brand new, except for the outside needs cleaning up, and the stickers are starting to peel slightly in a few places, other than that I am really excited about it. I will be camping in style this deer season LOL
