Sounds like a good controller if you want to fix it yourself, right out of the box.

Has nothing to do with you having to fix it just dont over tighten the screws

Well, I forced the button down. Had to use a piece of lumber on it, and smack it with a hammer, but the thing broke free, and now it works fine. It was glued shut, and buddy it was some strong glue. I like the controller, its working good now.

My biggest gripe was the lack of response, I was trying to get the thing to work and could not get someone on the phone, and the girl getting annoyed because I kept calling back. And it was a friday and all. But the controller is working now, and if I never have to call those people up again, we'll be in good shape.
