Remember to not tie the bike down with the kickstand under load it will bend the kickstand.....I ratchet the bike down so the kickstand is free to move
Ditto on that. Hauling one in the bed of a truck is easy.
Hauling 9 in an enclosed trailer can be time consuming. I always checked the bikes more often then if I had a car in the trailer.

Like I said yesterday, if you block under the frame the shocks will not compress when you hit bumps preventing the bike from moving at all. You could tie it off with 1/4" rope to the four corners of the bed and it still wont move. And tieing off to the handelbars or anything else rubber mounted will ruin the mounts.

i would also highly recommend that you have a wide enough ramp or put two or three side by side.....even though the tire only needs one. I have seen more than one person stall their bike at the tip of the ramp...or get a little shaken up that high and slow down and then go to put their feet down and have nothing to stand on......and the bike goes one way and you go the other and hopefully you dont have a friend that thinks they can hold up a 600-800 pound bike from the ground. LOL

Good luck....

I do the two tie downs on handlebars with soft straps.....one through rear tire also.
